What is Desksquattaz?
A Windows desktop cat companion — transparent always-on-top pet with optional AI chat and local memory.
Is the cat / chat a real person?
No. Chat replies are generated by AI. The chat UI shows an AI indicator.
Where is my data stored?
Chat memory and cat state live on your PC by default. Account and subscription status for web billing live in our Supabase project. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel?
Sign in at desksquattaz.com/account and open Manage billing, or email hello@desksquattaz.com.
How do I get a refund?
Email hello@desksquattaz.com with subject “Refund Request”. See the Refund Policy for eligibility.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — email hello@desksquattaz.com and we will process deletion within about 30 days.
